Westside Village Video Challenge - Rules and Eligibility

1. First prize ($10,000 in site fees at Westside Village) will only be available with successful completion of the development.

2. One entry per video - submit more videos for more chances to win.

3. Winners will be notified by email on September 19, 2025.

4. All prizes are transferable.

5. Videos cannot contain any copyright material.

6. Videos may be shared on our website or social media.

7. Prizes have no exchangeable cash value.

8. We will not share any personal info with 3rd parties.

9. Entrants release the prize draw organizers from liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the prize or participation in the draw.

10. We reserve the right to change the contest rules, eligibility, and parameters at any time.
